Description

Spirit Ward is a 3D third-person shooter where you play as an exorcist defending the kampungs of your neighbours from malevolent spirits. Set in olden-day Singapore, the game lets players cast souls and energy with a Shakujo and summon powerful totems to survive relentless hordes of spirits.

My main focus was building tools for the engine. I worked on console functionality, logging systems, undo-redo workflows using the command pattern, and animation graph implementation. These systems supported the team's development workflow and made it easier to build, test, and iterate on the game.

I also contributed to the game concept, UI/UX design, gameplay loop, and design documents. A key part of my role was working with my groupmates' contributions and integrating their systems into a cohesive game experience, making sure separate pieces of work came together cleanly.
